Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had satisfactory schedule maintenance: all delieverables were received on time, and all invoices were submitted on time. The contractor showed improvement in timeliness over the course of the contract period.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did a satisfactory job of accomplishing the contract goals, however the quality of deliverables was lacking. Reports were not always clear or complete, and the contractor did not improve the quality of the deliverables over the course of the contract period.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor had satisfactory budget management, and did not require any change orders or amendments to adjust the budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Will engage contractor's services again but, not on this project due to incompleteness of Pilot Test Work Plan and CCAD report (completed under separate work order). Contractor completed work under FY15 work order. Contractor was not asked to complete work on the project for FY16.
