Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Conduct an evaluation of the Effectiveness of reflective practice professional development provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) on supervisors of home visitors in evidence-based programs delivered by nineteen Minnesota Community Health Boards participating in the federally funded Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV) as authorized by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

MDH was obligated under their MIECHV funding to conduct an evaluation as approved by HRSA.
