Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor had good schedule maintenance and was able to deliver all deliverables on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor did a good job of accomplishing the project goals and adhering to program requirements. The deliverables received were of satisfactory quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost One amendment will be needed to extend the contract end date, to better utilize existing contract fund,s and to add funding for a water resource educational workshop for elected officials within watershed.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Cass County Environmental Services has been very good at managing the project, communicating and working together as a watershed partner in successfully moving this WRAPS project forward. They are very busy LGU and somewhat short on staffing so sometimes it can be hard for them to committ the necessary time for reporting type items (e.g. semi annual, final reports). The MPCA sometimes provided them assistance on completing these item.
