(fka Yaggy Colby Associates, Inc.) assistance to provide detail design for a bituminous mill and overlay; culvert repairs and linings, and associated work on northbound and southbound of Interstate 35 (I-35). The Contractor’s tasks and deliverables included, but are not limited to, completion of the categorical exclusion determination (CATEX), detail hydraulics design, design memorandum, utility coordination and relocation plans, road plans, special provisions, striping and traffic control plans and permits.
