Evaluate the contractor's quality The consultants were able to complete analysis and implement solutions on multiple architectural issues within weeks of coming on board. These same issues had been submitted to Microsoft through OET without resolution for months.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Hourly rate aligns with other similar companies with similar capabilities and experience. We received high value work for the money spent.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance outstanding, they were true partners in working with both the business and IT to help deliver products that offered value to business. They made suggestions to implement most cost effective. They also did a good job of helping internal IT staff learn and completed knowledge transfer to ensure ongoing support.
