Evaluate the contractor's quality Good at underground inspection, lacking at grading & base items.

Evaluate the contractor's cost I believe the cost was fair

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Asked for a person with grading & base certification. Though the inspector had the certification he was not familiar with the testing. The inspector seemed like he was more familiar with municipality specification than he was with state specifications. Would probably only hire to inspect underground items.
