Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The project required them to coordinate activities between the Counties and Prof. Kwon. They kept the project on schedule even with a couple upgrades to the hardware and software of the system.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance They did a good job. They learned a lot about the system during the summer of 2013 and were able to use those lessons to collect much better data during the summer of 2014.
