The company representative was attentive to matters as they arose. The invoicing for hours worked was accurate and timely.

The assigned resource was conscience and took responsibilities seriously and work hard.
The contractor representative and accounting office performed at a very high level and the BCA was very satisfied with the companies performance.

The resources assigned to the project performed their tasks will good skill and quality of work.
The rate the contractor provided for the skill level was very reasonable. We paid on an hourly rate that allowed the project to move along during the hours the resource was working.
Resources leaving on vacation and not returning; resources being selected and not reporting to work
and resources leaving due to the shutdown and not returning.

On each occurance the company worked with the BCA to try to find a reliable resource. The contract was cancelled early due to no available resource to make a replacement after the shutdown.
