The contractor had regular meetings with the Project Manager and was on time throughout the contract. I would evaluate the contractor's timeliness as very good.
The quality of the contractor's work was very good. The contractor was open to suggestions and inpute from DECN staff. The final product had a good flow to it and was user friendly.
Since this product will be used statewide the costs seem reasonable for the product obtained.
Overall the contractor performed very well. We had good project meetings that were beneficial to both the contractor and DECN. The final product was good and useful to the completion of the ARMER mission.
