The contractor's timeliness was good. They completed all the tasks within the alloted time.
The contractors quality was excellent. Because of weather the working conditions were difficult, however, Widseth Smith Nolting completed the tasks in a timely fashion.
The contractor minimized site visits by completing multiple tasks during each trip.
