Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very satisfied. The contractor was able to set up recurring biweekly meeting that allowed MPCA to receive site related updates in a timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Very satisfied. Due to access related challenges, the full allotment was not spent. Strategies for increasing access rates have been developed for FY25.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very satisfied. During the 2024 fiscal year, Bay West was responsible for a vapor intrusion investigation. There was a change in the project team and despite the change there was consistency in the quality of deliverables. Furthermore, the contractor established a SharePoint site to support coordination of data collection and analysis. They have also identified important tasks for the coming fiscal year including sampling of additional environmental media.
