Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): We had a problem where they kept billing us for payments the state had recaptured. Our legal counsel had to get involved and it was finally resolved after 18 months. Several calls, emails, letters before resolution reached.
Services were satisfactory but contract negotiations were always difficult and the above payment problem was frustrating.
