Evaluate the contractor's overall performance satisfied - The contractor was responsible for the finalization of the validation report for the PFAS Protocol. The study received federal funding for the investigation costs, and the state was responsible for submitting a report that documented the findings. The contractor a developed site investigation and final reports. Although they were of good quality, the final report submission was late which caused the state to miss a federal deadline.
