Evaluate the contractor's timeliness BRB juggled dozens of projects at any one time and keep them all moving. For the most part the delivery was under budget and
ahead of the projected schedule.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The only short coming see is that they don't do as great a job marketing their work as some other firms.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Projects were consistency coming in under budget giving OTAT more projects completed for less money. I call that a bargain.
