Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: AECOM will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at various sites in Minnesota. The investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion risks at MPCA closed sites and surrounding properties. Specifically, AECOM will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, and/or outdoor ambient-air samples, in addition to overseeing state drilling contractors and SSDS mitigation contractors. AECOM will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
