Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Contractor will plan, oversee, and report on the installation of at the Korf Brothers closed landfill site (SW-19). The contractor will collect groundwater elevation and ground water samples from up to 9 groundwater monitoring wells The contractor will complete access coordination as well as coordinate and oversee IDW disposal. Contractor will follow the state purchasing manual and all guidelines. After completion of the sample collection, contractor will deliver water samples to MDH lab for analysis. Cost of MDH analysis is not covered by this work order as the MPCA will contract directly to MDH. At the completion of project, contractor will provide a report on findings and recommendations as well as 3D visualizations.
