Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WSP will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at various sites in Minnesota. The investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion and drinking water receptor risks at MPCA closed sites and surrounding properties. Specifically, WSP will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, outdoor ambient-air, groundwater, and/or drinking water samples in addition to overseeing state drilling contractors and SSDS mitigation contractors. WSP will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
