Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Terracon will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities to evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion at several properties in the vicinity of the MPCA's 53rd & Lyndale closed site. Specifically, Terracon will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, and outdoor ambient-air samples in addition to performing building VI surveys and preparing specifications for SSDS systems if needed. Terracon will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
