Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Terracon will conduct vapor/air sampling and monitoring in the vicinity of the Bober Pharmacy Site in St. Paul. As part of this work Terracon will assist with arranging for site access, and coordinate analytical of samples with a state approved lab and coordinate utility locations and evaluate subcontractor invoices. They will also oversee site investigation services and conduct air sampling, as well as collect and manage field data for electronic submittal to the MPCA, and prepare reports summarizing investigation field activities and sampling results.
