Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This was a large grading project for which had a large environmental impact and green sheets being an important aspect and
multiple different regulatory agencies monitoring this. We as the department felt it was best to have a dedicated professional
administer this portion of the project. We really had no complaints from other agencies. Everything went much smoother than I
anticipated. So exceeded my expectations.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor produced all deliverables in a timely matter. If there was anything I requested of them, it was addressed immediately. I felt they really cared about this project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Reports were completed thoroughly, accurately and timely.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractor came in under budget which was good but the department extended the contract and the only thing I would
recommend is when this happens, if they could remind the department that an amendment to the contract should be executed to extend their contract.
