Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Antea Group (Antea) will conduct a leak site file review to analyze all data collected over the site's history and use the data review to develop an updated Conceptual Corrective Action Design (CCAD) report for the MPCA. Antea will conduct groundwater sampling of the entire monitoring well network, conduct vapor sampling at an adjacent property to the leak site, and perform site reconnaissance to determine placement of a new well southwest of the leak site property. Antea will oversee submission of samples to a subcontracted laboratory for analysis, and selection of a drilling subcontractor for determining placement of a new monitoring well in an area with several utilities. All subcontractors will be procured following MPCA's Contractor and Subcontractor purchasing manual. Antea will prepare a CCAD report containing cumulative data and updated recommendations for corrective action at the site.
