Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Bay West will conduct Vapor Intrusion (VI) investigation activities and oversee drilling contractors at the Main Street Vapor site (SA131) in Fridley Minnesota. The investigation activities will evaluate the potential for vapor intrusion risks at the site. Specifically, Bay West will collect analytical soil vapor samples, indoor-air samples, and/or outdoor ambient-air sample in addition to overseeing state drilling contractors. Bay West will perform all services and/or construction as per the purchasing manual.
