We had to unexpectedly suspend our contract on 06/30/2024 because CHOP could not fulfill the Workforce Certification data requirements per the MN Department of Human Rights. As a large institution based in Pennsylvania, it has been difficult to amend their reporting policy. We would appreciate a review of this policy, especially for entities outside Minnesota, working on national initiatives with federal funds.
